The family-owned company is currently in the transition to the third generation.

Foundation of Georg Koinzer GmbH & Co. KG in Bad Hersfeld by Georg Koinzer.. Start with fabrication of technical leather products. Afterwards specialisation on conveyor belts for the textile industry.

The first modular aluminium spiked lattices are delivered to Rieter.

Acquisition of tambula

The company tambula is purchased. It manufactures spiked lags and additionally since 1999 pin rollers. Infrastructure and buildings are jointly utilized.

Construction of a new production facility with a crane for the manufacturing of bigger parts.

Acquisition of neighboor production hall

For the increasing production needs at tambula a neighboor production hall was aquired. In addition the office front was renovated.
